Designing a website, blog or other online experience is a process that involves two teams: ours and yours; and we have a design process with several stages.
We want to listen to the brand's story, take on board its business objectives and understand the expectations and context of its target audiences.
This is the starting point!
Now we are ready to define an approach to the experience, to the hierarchy and form of the content and to the better navigation of the site.
We also advise you on the domain that best "matches" your audience.
We start with a navigable sketch, the wireframe, where you can experiment with navigation and the relationship between contents. This visualization helps you identify points for improvement.
Then we draw, now with colors, images and texts.
The actual construction of the site can follow several paths: low to no code or full stack, template based or completely bespoke.
It also influences the decision on the Content Manager that we will use to support the website or online store.
No scares. In each project, and with our experience, we advise on the best way forward and ensure the entire development through to final publication.
Do you know that "if the internet were a country, it would be the 4th most polluting in the world?"
For this reason, we want to reduce the environmental impact of digital experiences:
We create shorter customer journeys;
We design to use less code;
We optimize images and videos so that they have the least possible weight in quality.
Among many other things. But the goal is to have more agile and lighter websites that consume less energy and generate less CO2.
There are many reasons to give importance to accessibility issues in a web design process.
From the most obvious, such as ensuring that a blind or disabled person can navigate and carry out simple tasks like making a purchase or filling in a form.
Even the less predictable ones that we don't usually associate with accessibility: people who are dyslexic, color blind or temporarily disabled.
Design must be inclusive.
We advocate organic before paid and that's why we take care to ensure that the site has a good dialog with search engines and the mechanisms that track and index all pages.
We want to contribute to the authority of your site and help it move up the search engine results ranking.
It's often said that a good designer is one who can hide the complexity of the world with a simple button.
What we want in this process is for it to be simple for you, the complexity is on our side.
And very natural! We've tried to answer them all, but if you can't find one here, you already know, talk to us.
Send us your request, we'll analyze it and, in addition to a quote, we'll share initial ideas.
