Public website, where anyone can consult relevant information about operators and licenses
Portal dedicated to operators, allowing them to manage their own registration autonomously
Advanced backoffice, equipped with powerful tools to make the regulator's job easier
We carried out studies and tests to understand the real needs of end users, ensuring that each feature of the platform was intuitive and efficient.
Communication of the final result played a key role, with video materials developed to guide users through the new features and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
